SPORT INJURIES
We aim to take patients from injury, through treatment and rehab, and back to their sporting activity.
As prevention is better than cure, we also advise patients in optimizing their physical condition to prevent injury.
Overuse injuries:
- Tendinopathies / Tendinitis
- ITB syndrome (Runner’s knee)
- Epicondylitis (Tennis elbow / Golfer’s elbow)
- Plantar fasciitis / Sever’s disease
- Patellofemoral syndrome
- Patellar tendinitis (Jumper’s knee)
Acute injuries:
- Meniscus tears
- Ligament injuries/tears
- Muscle strains/sprains
- Post-event or exercise induced muscle soreness
